What is PCOS?

Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) is a complex hormonal condition that affects millions of people — often without them even knowing. It can show up as irregular periods, acne, hair thinning, stubborn weight gain, fatigue, or fertility struggles... but it’s so much more than a list of symptoms.

At its core, PCOS is a sign that the body is out of rhythm — that something deeper is asking for attention, healing, and support.

There’s no one-size-fits-all cause or cure. PCOS is often linked to:

  • Blood sugar imbalances

  • Chronic inflammation

  • Gut health issues

  • Stress and nervous system dysregulation

  • Environmental toxins and food triggers

Many people with PCOS feel dismissed by doctors or overwhelmed by conflicting advice. I know — I’ve been there. That’s why I approach healing from the root up — looking at the body, the food, the nervous system, and even the soul.
